Abstract
We thank Gang Lv and colleagues and Pablo Jiménez-Labaig and Kevin J Harrington for their insightful comments regarding the NIVOPOSTOP trial.1 Both letters rightfully highlight the discrepancy between the investigator-assessed disease-free survival (hazard ratio [HR] 0·76) and the non-significant blinded independent central review disease-free survival assessment (HR 0·89).
