Abstract
We would like to thank Agustin Ibanez and Hernando Santamaria-Garcia for their positive comments and agree with them that it is important to build on the 2024 Lancet Commission on dementia prevention, intervention, and care.1 We are delighted that they feel the Commission has been impactful.
